Looking for more resources? Eastern Illinois University has developed a page dedicated to the study of Illinois' past. Attention all Teachers!

The education services department will be offering teacher workshops at the annual Conference on Illinois History once again. The Conference is scheduled for September 29-30, 2011. The conference is accredited by the ISBE for CPDUs.


The next Illinois History Expo is set for

May 3, 2012


In addition, the program publishes the following:
Illinois History Teacher - Each issue provides a thorough examination of themes in Illinois history and includes essays by experts in the field along with lesson plans and class activities.
